1. Oxygen Bombs: In addition to cleaning and drying oxygen bombs after each test, the following points should also be noted and inspected:
(1) The oxygen bomb can only be twisted by hand. When the hand feels resistance, it should be stopped. Never try to use the tool to tighten it. After the test is completed, it should be cleaned once.
(2), bomb caps and valve seats should be flushed and wiped dry after use.
(3) Rinse the cup, scrub the threads, and inspect the cup for mechanical damage. Be careful not to invert the cup.
(4) Check whether the seal ring is worn out and damaged during combustion. If there is a leak in the sealed seal, replace it.
(5) Check whether the insulation pad and insulation cover are good or not damaged, and check the insulation regularly.
(6) Periodically conduct a 20.00Mpa water pressure test on the oxygen bomb. After each hydrostatic test, the use time of the oxygen bomb shall not exceed one year (or may not exceed 5000 tests).
2. Calorimeter tube: After the test, the water in the tube should be discharged to the outer tube and wiped dry to keep it clean.
3, test water: It is best to be pure water, and to be regularly replaced to ensure the test reliability and success rate.
Note: In order to fully use the system, the computer equipment must be reliably grounded.
