General wreckers common problems and troubleshooting
1. The lifting speed of the wrecker lifting arm is slow and inefficient
Reasons: 1 hydraulic power system failure   2 telescopic mechanism control valve, overflow valve failure
Method of exclusion: 1 inspection, adjustment   2 Disassemble, clean, adjust or replace damaged components
2 , Wrecker boom extension stretching vibration
Cause: 1 boom slider problem   2 telescopic cylinder is abnormal
Remedy: 1 Insufficient lubrication between the sliding surface of the lifting arm box and the slider should be applied grease; slider surface deformation is too large, should replace the slider; lifting arm surface damage, the surface should be repaired 2 check processing.
3 , the length of the boom lifting section of the wrecker cannot be compensated
the reason: 1 solenoid valve failure 2 circuit failure

Causes: 1 Damaged or malfunctioning hydraulic pump 2 Hydraulic oil contamination or insufficient oil
