(1) The harmfulness of mine dust
Mineral dust (generated in roadway construction process rock dust, coal dust and cement dust generic term) of great harm, mainly in the workplace pollution, harm to human health, and even lead to pneumoconiosis and skin diseases; can accelerate machinery The wear and tear shortens the use time of precision instruments, reduces the visibility of the workplace, and increases the number of work-related accidents; coal dust can also explode under certain conditions, causing serious disasters.
(II) Comprehensive dust prevention requirements and measures
1. Air dust limit regulations in workplaces In order to eliminate the hazards of coal dust, rock dust and cement dust, comprehensive measures must be taken. The dust concentration and operation methods in the workplace must comply with relevant regulations.
2. Dust-proof work requirements for mining projects
(1) When digging the roadway and the diverticulum, it is necessary to adopt comprehensive dust-proof measures such as wet drilling, flushing the road wall, water cannon mud, blasting spray, rock filling (coal) watering and purifying the air flow.
(2) Dry-drilling wells and excavation in water-expanded rock formations cannot use eye-type drills II~, dry-type drills can be used, but dust-removing measures must be used and individual dust-proofing supplies must be used.
(3) Special sprinkler and dust prevention measures should be taken at the site where rock dust is easily generated (mine rock crushing, rock blasting and liver loading, cement mixing construction, spray concrete, etc.). Automatic sprinklers should be provided for equipment and locations with large dust production.
(4) Before rock drilling and slag removal, the rock wall within 10m of the working face should be cleaned.
(5) The dust in the airflow should be controlled by means of purifying the wind.
(6) It is impossible to implement a dust-proof working place, and dust-tight measures can be used to reduce dust.
(7) For construction workers who are prone to mine dust, it is necessary to strengthen individual protection.
(8) The whole mine ventilation system should be measured once a year (including the measurement of ventilation resistance of the main roadway), and the local ventilation and dustproof facilities should be inspected frequently to find problems and deal with them in time.
