2.2 Start the computer text system, print test units, commission test units, test code, test name and specifications, set the load according to need, set the pressure holding time.
2.3 The computer zeros, loads, and then divides two situations:
2.3.1 According to the setting procedure, the computer automatically controls and completes all the test procedures of setting value shutdown, pressure keeping, and unloading.
2.3.2 Suspend, uninstall and reset as required.
2.4 printing
2.4.1 The test load value, the maximum value, and the load curve can be printed at any time. The load curve of the peak value and the whole process can also be printed after unloading.
2.5 Notes:
2.5.1 When the tester is working, all moving parts should be flexible.
2.5.2 If it is found during the test that the instrument is continuously loaded and the displayed value of the instrument does not increase or increase very little, the plastic deformation of the tested part occurs, and the load must be stopped immediately for inspection.
2.5.3 Loading, suspending, and unloading of the tester must be performed on the computer with a click of the mouse. Preloading and release must be performed in the unloaded state.
2.5.4 The console must be reliably grounded.
2.6 Shutdown: Shutdown must first shut down the computer and then turn off the power.
