Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot, also named Reinforced Steel Shot, has a great effect on die casting parts which has a high hardness because Longlived Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot also have high hardness while other Metal Abrasive can not meet.
Longlived Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot is made from high quality hi-carbon steel wire by drawing, cutting and rounding. Its chemical composition is : Si:0.10-0.30%, Mn:0.40-1.20%, C:0.45-0.85%, S≦0.04%, P≦ 0.04%. Longlived Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot is producted strictly in accordance with German standard VDFI8001/2009 and American standard SAEJ441,AMS2431. There are four types of hardness of Longlived Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot and they are HRC 45-50, HRC 50-55, HRC 55-60 and HRC 58-63. As the development of advance technology of Longlived Metal, we have five shapes and they are as cut, G1, G2, G3 and even G4 condition, which could meet most requirement of clients. In addition, the size of Longlived Metal is from 0.25mm-2.5mm and size also could be customized if need. Longlived Hi-Carbon Steel Cut Wire Shot has a great fatigue life and it could be recycled from 3,500 times to 9,000 times. It could not only save cost but also make shot blasting faster and cleaner.
