The experts participating in the meeting fully recognized the completion of the project and the results achieved, and agreed that the project has achieved the development goals specified in the mission statement and passed preliminary acceptance.
The "20GSa/s broadband high-speed multi-function oscilloscope development and application" project was organized as the first scientific and technological department major scientific instrument special project organized by the group company. After four years of technical research and research and development, it has broken through broadband through the combination of production, learning, and research. Signal conditioning chip technology, cross-sampling technology based on femtosecond-level clock auto-calibration, and picosecond-level high-precision triggering technology based on the combination of thickness and many other key technologies completed the 20GSa/s multifunction wideband oscilloscope engineering prototype and three PXI/ PXIe options, four application software packages, a set of automatic calibration test system development, and the construction of an engineering industrialization system. The completion of the project has improved the core basic capabilities in the development of electronic measuring instruments, laying a solid foundation for breaking the foreign technical barriers and improving the localization level.
