At this time, the main shaft installed in the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to rotate with the rotation of the eccentric sleeve, so that the broken wall is close to and sometimes away from the rolling wall to achieve the purpose of crushing the material.
When the unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic safety system realizes the insurance, the moving cone moves downward, and the discharge port is enlarged to discharge the foreign matter from the crushing chamber. If the foreign matter is stuck in the discharge port, the clear cavity system can be used to continue to increase the discharge port, so that the foreign matter is discharged out of the cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the moving cone is reset and the machine resumes normal operation.

Over- iron and clear chamber: When the unbreakable foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic safety system is insured, the hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator, the main shaft is dropped, the discharge opening is increased, and the foreign matter is discharged from the crushing chamber. The accumulator presses the oil back and the crusher operates normally. If the foreign matter is stuck in the discharge port, the clear cavity system can be used to further increase the discharge port, so that the foreign matter is discharged out of the crushing chamber. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the discharge port is automatically reset and the machine resumes normal operation.

The two inlets are filled with oil, one way from the lower end of the main shaft, lubricating the spherical bearing, the spherical tile, the frame bushing, the spindle bushing, and then lubricating the bevel gear; the other road enters from the drive shaft end, lubricates the drive shaft bushing, and finally The two oils are discharged from the same oil outlet.
Two inlets are filled with oil, one is divided into three branches by the oil hole in the lower part of the machine: the inner and outer surfaces of the eccentric sleeve, the oil hole in the middle of the spindle reaches the ball bearing, and the bevel gear is lubricated through the tunnel; the other is driven by the transmission shaft bracket. The hole enters the oil and lubricates the transmission bearing. The oil return is also returned through the oil return hole in the lower part of the small bevel gear and the oil return hole on the dust cover. The last two oils are discharged from the same oil outlet.
