Difficulty, technical problems such as low life cycle of the burner core components were studied, and through repeated comparison of various burner data used by peer manufacturers, three Italian TBG-55P type combustion engines were finally selected. After the combustion engine was put into use The combustion of natural gas is sufficient, the CO2 content in the flue gas is ≤0.1%, and the ignition is convenient, the temperature control is stable, and the technical requirements of the process to the temperature are met. Not only can the life of the rotary kiln be extended, but only natural gas consumption can save costs of 278,600 yuan.
