This is the high-pressure common rail project of the diesel engine fuel injection technology introduced by Liaoning Xinfeng Enterprise Group with huge investment, digestion and absorption, and successive innovations. Right now, the second phase of the project has entered the stage of equipment installation and commissioning, and a new round of recruitment is underway. After all the projects have reached production capacity, the annual output will reach 2 million units, and the sales volume will reach 14 billion yuan. This will become China's largest diesel fuel injection technology high pressure common rail production base.
In 2006, Liaoning Xinfeng Group made a decisive decision based on extraordinary courage. It invested 50 million yuan to sign a technology transfer contract for the new type of electronically controlled fuel injection system for diesel engines with the world's equipment giant Liebherr Group. It got a German company. The project's many world patented technologies have become the world's fifth enterprise to master this technology. This technology is recognized as one of the three major breakthroughs of the internal combustion engine in the 20th century and can be widely used in national defense and civilian use. Because the high-pressure common rail system has high fuel efficiency and strong dynamic performance, it is about 30% more energy-efficient than conventional diesel engines, and it has become the main technical guarantee for diesel engines to meet Euro III and Euro IV emission requirements.
After the introduction of technology, Xinfeng Group did not stop there, but continued digestion and absorption, to open up a road to innovation, and to assault higher targets. The Group successively introduced 6 doctors and more than 20 graduate students from abroad, and set up R&D technology companies as provincial-level and national-level R&D centers. Only a year after the project landed, they fully mastered the full set of technologies for high-pressure common rail, and at the same time carried out a number of improvements and innovations to adapt to the performance of Chinese diesel engines, and achieved more than 20 national patents. The project has filled the gaps in the country and has elevated the country’s technological level in this field to the international advanced level. The provincial government listed this project as a major development project during the “11th Five-Year Plan†period.
With the improvement and maturity of the technology, the products passed the cold resistance test in Mohe, Heilongjiang, and passed the extreme performance tests such as the plateau and high temperature in Qinghai and Tibet. The environmental protection indicators were certified by the national environmental protection. In 2008, the Group’s light-medium high-pressure common-rail technology products participated in the 8th China International Internal Combustion Engines & Components Exhibition, which attracted widespread attention and became a “dark horse†in the industry.
After the products were introduced, Yangdong and Chaochao diesel engines were tested. Now they are testing the products of Yunnei, Yuchai, Sichuan Mianyang and other companies, and they have installed road tests on the JAC light trucks. Small quantities supply. At the same time, the company also cooperated with Sichuan Mianyang and launched the national “863†Coupe IV Euro IV R&D program.
At present, all parts and components of Liaoning Xinfeng High Pressure Common Rail System have been made domestically, and its industrial agglomeration and pulling action are increasingly prominent. As a system with 186 parts and components, except for nearly 60 core parts produced by the company itself, the rest of the parts are produced by mechanical processing companies in Liaoyang, Shenyang, Anshan, and Dalian. A new industrial cluster is accompanied by high pressure. The development of common rail projects has been rapidly formed.
