1. If it is an individual transport, it must obtain road transport permits for dangerous goods in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations concerning road transport, and go through the registration formalities with the administrative department for industry and commerce.
2. If it is an enterprise application, it shall submit an application to the city-level road transportation management institution of the locality. The municipal-level road transportation management institution shall determine whether it can issue a transportation permit according to the actual situation, and if it can be issued, it may issue a "Dangery Goods Transport Permit for Roads" to the operating or non-operating applicants.
Fourth, regular inspection
For the registered vehicles, safety technical inspections shall be conducted regularly according to the laws and administrative regulations and according to the different uses and ages of the vehicles. For unqualified vehicles, repairs should be carried out immediately.
