The fluorite in the Wuling mountain area is almost always associated with barite , and the grade of fluorite is generally low, and the barite content in the ore is high. From several mines within Guizhou Province focus of our research point of view, in addition to Wuchuan County Shuanghe is a silicate mineral fluorite type fluorite barite mine, the rest of Zunyi City is safe as Ma River County fluorite ore, copper Jen The Nanlu fluorite mine in Dejiang Autonomous County, the loess fluorite mine in Yanhe Autonomous County, the Yuxi fluorite mine in Tangba Township, the Baiyan fluorite mine in Tangba Township, and the Shaxing fluorite mine in Tangba Township are all carbonate-type Stone barite mine. The content of CaF 2 in the ore is about 25%-50%, BaSO 4 30%-60%, CaCO 3 content 2%-15%, and a small amount of SiO 2 and Fe 2 O 3 gangue impurities. For such low-grade fluorite ore with high barite, it is separated from barite by conventional flotation method, especially from complex ore containing high barite and calcium carbonate. If it is not feasible, special mineral processing technology and pharmaceutical system must be adopted.
First, the main research results
We began to enter Guizhou Province to conduct in-depth research on this type of refractory ore. After more than three years of hard work, a set of practical flotation process systems and pharmaceutical systems have been concluded through a large number of laboratory tests and some industrial production practices, and have been successfully applied to many concentrating plants with good results. The fluorite concentrate selected by this method has a CaF2 content of over 97% and a very low content of SiO 2 and CaCO 3 , and is a high-quality acid grade fluorite concentrate.
In the three years of research and experiment, we have achieved breakthroughs in the following three aspects:
(1) Solving the problem that low-grade fluorite ore with high barite and high calcium carbonate content is difficult to float and difficult to separate and purify, and has been successfully applied to industrial production.
(B) breaking the conventional single agent system must be highly toxic to cancer heavy chromate containing barite effectively from greater than 5% of fluorite fluorite barite ore purification, and successfully applied to industrial production.
(3) In October 2007, we passed the laboratory test and successfully achieved a breakthrough in the separation and purification of fluorite barite from such ore. The grade of fluorite fine powder was over 97% and the grade of barite powder was reached. More than 95%, both of which meet the requirements of industrial products, provide an effective way for comprehensive recycling of resources and cost reduction to improve economic efficiency.
Second, process design and grinding requirements
To deal with this kind of refractory ore, we break the traditional fluorite flotation mode in the design of the process operation. The main point is to adopt the method of washing pre-selection and medium-segment return (breaking back along the mine) before the rough selection. A special process, whether using dichromate combination or 211 combination to inhibit barite flotation, can achieve good results, not only to ensure the quality of fluorite products, but also greatly improve the recovery rate (recovery rate up to 85) %the above).
The ore from several mines that we have come into contact with in our experiments and production practices. The size of the fluorite in this type of ore is not very fine, and crystals can be seen basically, and such ore is easy to grind, especially low-silicon low-calcium carbonate. The stone barite ore is easier to grind. Of course, the fineness of the grinding requires different properties of the ore and the chemical system. Generally, the grinding fineness is controlled at about -200 mesh and about 65%. The grinding concentration is preferably 40% to 50% solid concentration.
Third, the drug system is brief
(1) Only fluorite is selected without recovering and purifying barite, using oleic acid as a collector , acidified water glass or water glass and 323 group cooperative carbonate inhibitor. As for the key barite inhibitors, potassium dichromate (sodium) combination or 211 combination can be used. The combination of these two kinds of inhibitors can achieve high quality and recovery rate of other fluorite products under the above special process conditions. quite. From the current market situation, the use of 211 combination cost is low and avoids the toxic drawbacks, we advocate the use of 211 (sulfonated phenanthrene) combination.
(2) If we want to comprehensively purify fluorite and barite from ore, we have achieved good results in both schemes.
1. Select fluorite after floating heavy spar
The fluorite was inhibited by A1011, and oleic acid and an emulsifier were used as collectors. After one rough selection, two sweeps, and four selections, the concentrate grade was over 95%.
The barite tailings are activated by H27 (pulp temperature 20 °C) for about 6 minutes, after one rough selection, three sweeps, one selection for acid exchange, and the combination of CD inhibitors to inhibit barite and calcite (segment addition) Six times of selection, fluorite concentrate grade reached 95% -97%. CD combination agent, cheap, non-toxic.
2, after the floating fluorite, choose the barite
The barite was inhibited by a combination of 211, and oleic acid was used as a collector, and the grade of fluorite was over 97% by a coarse three-sweeping six fine. The tailings are selected from barite. The fluorite, oleic acid and an emulsifier are used as collectors with AB1012. After a coarse and two sweeps, the grade of barite is over 93%.
Fourth, production and experimental examples
(1) Yanhe County Huaxin Mining Company's concentrating plant was designed and put into operation in January 2007. Its ore is mainly from the Shaxing fluorite mine in Tangba Township of the county. The average grade of ore fluorite is 42%, the lowest is 30%. The barite content in the ore is as high as 55% or more. The design of the plant was designed with the special process described in this article. The oleic acid was collected and the 211 combination was used to inhibit barite. The grade of fluorite was over 97%, and the recovery rate was 89%.
(II) The fluorite mine of Zhengan Autonomous County was completed and put into operation at the end of September 2008. The ore selected was mainly from the Mahe fluorite mine in the county. The average ore content of the ore was 43%, the BaSO4 content was 40%, and the CaCO3 content was 4.5%. Because the design uses the traditional fluorite beneficiation process, the preliminary trial production in the past two months is very poor, and the rough selection cannot be floated. Later, under the guidance of our factory, the plant is also modified by the special process of washing pre-selection. good results. Now it has entered the formal production, the grade of fluorite products is over 97%, and the recovery rate of ore dressing is also 86%.
(III) Small-scale experiment of comprehensive purification of two kinds of ore of fluorite barite. The experimental ore is derived from several mixed ore of Baiyan and Zhangjia two mines in Tangba Township, Yanhe County. The ore CaF2 content is 36.7%, CaCO3 content is 6.5%, BaSO4 content is 51.2%, and IL small flotation machine is used for open circuit test. The results of the programme are as follows:

The ore grade of Cao 2 in a certain arsenate of Dejiang County, Dejiang County is 28.7%, CaCO 38.7%, BaSo 447.93%, SiO2 3.68%. V. Mineral processing cost
45% fluorite selected grade subject, fluorite pharmaceutical processing costs about 62 yuan / ton ore, coal power of about 80 yuan / ton ore, gold machine with five other wrapper about 50 yuan / ton ore. The cost of barite beneficiation pharmacy is about 55 yuan / ton concentrate, and the cost of grinding ore and ore is counted in the cost of fluorite ore. The comprehensive recovery profit is obvious.
