Industry 4.0 and IIC standards combined for the first time greatly reduced manufacturing costs at the German factory
A hydraulic valve production plant in Germany became the first company in the world to combine the technical standards of the German Industry 4.0 platform with the Industrial Internet Alliance (IIC) standard. The Bosch plant in Humboldt is using various technologies to manage and optimize its processes to avoid excessive power consumption during peak times. To date, the lack of common language has hindered the smooth coordination of manufacturing, logistics, construction and energy management. “As we develop towards the connected industry, the two standards are moving closer together,†said Dr. Werner Struth, member of Bosch's Board of Directors. “The combination of the two standards paves the way for Bosch and other international companies to create new cross-border business opportunities in the Industry 4.0 solution. The road."

If all the energy-intensive equipment in the Humboldt plant operates in synchronicity, the electricity consumption during peak hours will be high, which increases manufacturing costs. By using software at the factory to manage production and power consumption, peak load can be reduced by 10%, cutting manufacturing costs and improving competitiveness.
These production lines based on the Industry 4.0 platform are interacting with energy management systems that use the IIC standard.
The project is managed by an international consortium consisting of German SAP, Dassault Systèmes, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in India and Bosch:
Bosch is responsible for collecting data from the plant's equipment and generating information about the power consumption. In addition, Bosch also provides energy management software.
The 3D expert Dassault is responsible for providing a multidimensional map of plant equipment and functions, "digitally replicating" the plant, and visualizing the production process and power consumption through multidimensional maps.
SAP is responsible for providing application services for real-time recording and analysis of data.
TCS uses its expertise for system integration.
Bosch's energy management system is based on the IIC IIRA architecture and is connected to production equipment via the RAMI 4.0 architecture of the Industry 4.0 platform. The RAMI and IIRA standards are compatible with each other and enable software-based data exchange between the production line and the energy management system.
The Industry 4.0 platform is derived from Germany and its purpose is to create a technical framework for connected manufacturing. The IIC uses a broader and more international approach to focus on inter-departmental connectivity based on the Internet of Things. Both parties have developed their own reference structures.
“Industry 4.0 is an international issue,†Struth said. “Without competing corporate standards or different national regulations, only a truly global solution can bring its potential into full play.†(Source: OFweek gongkong)

Silicone Heat Transfer Label Mahcine
1. Stable structure: it adopts the classic 4-column and 3-beam structure, the medium carbon steel is thickened on the upper seat and the thickened and hardened columns ensure the structure is stable.
2. With a vacuum pump: before pressing the material, vacuum pump get work and get out of the air form material, which is convenient and make sure there are no bubble in the product.
3. Precision clamping: using technical plane pressure equalization correction, maximum pressure(200Kg) nut leveling device, can increase the parallelism of the upper and lower heating plates to 0.05mm.
4. Precise temperature control: adjustable from room temperture to 400℃,using intelligent temperature control the temperature fluctuation range within ±2℃
5. Easy to operate: PLC combined with touch screen, whether it is debugging or production can be operated directly and easily.
6. Easy to adjust the pressure: there is a botton below the PLC screen and you can adjust the adjust the pressing pressure by hand easily and visually, which is convenient when you want to press some flexible pattern, like cotton and the pad.
